well if there is no mma club you can go to judo and thai boxing that is a good combination. In my town there is no mma club so I mix (this is mma)

dude let me jsut tell you one thing randy couture had his first mma fight when he was 33 and he wasnt much of a boxer either, he had studied boxing for 3 weeks, if you start training now or u dont u can still do it in mma, but you have to keep training in judo, maybe youll be like karo parysian

  9. orka12345 says:

Wow… Ofc a guy who hasnt thrown a punch can start to TRAINTNG MMA… I mean he isnt going to a fight on the first day he trains MMA…

  10. redbluefan says:

You think a 18 year old guy which has never thrown a punch (I bareley know how) can start training mma? (I have trained judo for 8 years) but that dosent involve punching

  11. redbluefan says:

Really? I thought everyone started as kids?
I´m 18 soon 19 and I thought it´s to late to change sport (I have trained judo for 8(soon 9) years)

TapOut just had a female fighter whom they sponcerd. Female fighting is growing in the numbers. It will be good for you to shadow box, look up some videos on it as well as you can use a pillow if you dont have a punching bag for some ground and pound or even ground work. Avoid wiegth training, do pushups-bodysquts and abs. This can help to you find a gym.

  13. ExpiredxMilk says:

I really want to get into MMA, but I’m 14 years old, I’m a girl, and I’ve never done anything martial arts related. I also haven’t noticed any gyms around me in Philadelphia. Should I just not try or what? Help please!!!

  14. R0naldo17 says:

Nope. Men in their 60′s start Martial Arts. If you’re wondering if you’re ever too old to compete then nope a lot of the best MMA fighters didnt start training until they were in their 20′s.

  15. wickedsiksoldier says:

it would help if u have a wrestling background or something if ur kind of old so u already got that skill and dont need to develope that.. randy couture was over 40 and won the hvywght championship.. so if u can condition ur cardio and are prob under 40ish u can .. thats my two cents i think

  16. NinjaZMAN says:

    I don’t think so.

  17. yjh1234 says:
