HE fckin didnt!!!! Its called movie magic! He had no “devine speed” what the FCK does that even mean? His power and stamina where all grossly exajurated after his death by his moronic fans, it seems super natural to idots who believe in the super natural and hollywood magic , and folklore , Bruce Lee was a great action movie star and that’s it , hes not s mythical creature or even a great fighter, he was an actor and a martial artist.

Alot of dedication, hard training, and diet.

The human body can do amazing things when pushed to the limits.

he wasn’t anything amazing as a martial artist but his speed etc was some feat
i think it is more his potential then anybody being able to acheive it by some workout.

    can’t tell you his diet
i know he trained like mad as he felt people in his day didn’t focus enough on training the body (supposedly he took pills too)

stamina can be got through workout.
    power to the same extent
speed can be built but he was just some oddball for his punches (yes they had to slow down the cameras for his fight scenes)

but he was no god as you make him sound.
a bad actor that produced bad@ss fight scenes.

the best martial artist? hardly not even close

Basically he was the 70′s version of a professional fitness trainer. He acquired scientific knowledge on weightlifting, fitness. etc., He had an almost pure protein diet. he had alot of bananas. He was playing around with different mixes each week of extremely rich multi-nutrient milkshakes that he made out of his blender.

But the drawback to all this[supernatural speed, power, stamina] is that he could have possibly overtrained his body. it went over the natural threshold of tolerance accepted by his physical limits. Remember he reported to have alot of muscle aches during the final years of his life?
